About Us
Our story is one of wise decisions and intense customer support.
From our modest start on Gude Drive, where we continue to operate, we have retained the same strong work ethic we have always presented to clients. Operated by the same management team that started the company, we have grown from a family of five to a skilled workforce of over 120 craftsmen, technicians, and customer service employees.
Delivering quality and service has been our mantra since day one. By providing uncompromising support to clients and instituting honest and ethical business practices, we have remained a successful independent source for printing. In fact it is currently the largest privately owned printing company in the Mid-Atlantic region. "We have always been fair and honest with each client, and over time they have rewarded us with their print orders year after year. That's a tremendous achievement," said Mike Mason, vice president of manufacturing.
Our explosive growth can be measured in several ways, but the key has been its people. Continuous expansion has provided career employees with opportunities for advancement. Our employees continue to be a significant contribution to our reputation of consistent products and services.
"We really are not that different than we were in '73,"' said Chuck Barger, assistant manager of production (and employee number seven). "Today we have more people, we've grown from 12,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft. and now have seven presses compared to just one yet, we still produce jobs like the $1600 six-page letter as we did in '73. The funny thing is, we did that job in two days. Today we can run a job ten times that size in two days! That's progress."
