Online Proofing

Adobe Acrobat and Creo's InSite Utilities allow clients to send files directly to our prepress servers. All that is needed is a web browser to connect to the server. The files are automatically processed and made available to the client as a ripped and trapped soft proof. These files are exact representations of what will be printed where PDF proofs are not. Tools within the program allow users to examine colors, make annotations, and collaborate with colleagues and clients in realtime across town, or across the country. More and more clients are turning to this internet based soft proofing which includes a feature to upload and download files as needed, any time day or night.

These soft proofs can be used in combination with our conventional Fuji proofs to speed up the proofing process and still finalize color with the hard proofs for press. Also you can request soft proofing without using the upload capabilities of Acrobat. Supply your files through the media of your choice and you will be e-mailed a link to pick up your soft proofs online.
